finally found all 3 of the cheato books (toot toot my awesome horn,) finding these will allow you to have 200 eggs 100 red feathers and 20 gold feathers. On the xbox version this is also an achievement fyi.
Book 1 - Behind Bubbly Goop Swamp there is a little log tunnel, head through the tunnel as banjo until you enter the snow covered room. up the hill to the left there is a block of ice blocking a small hole, break this ice block and then head back to Bubbly Goop. You have to get Mumbo Jumbo to turn you into a crock, he's located in the middle of the hedge maze, then you leave Bubbly Goop and you enter the small hole behind the ice block to find the first book.
Book 2 - In Mad Monster Mansion get turned into a pumpkin, then leave the level and head back to the room with all the lava, (the one you got here in with the skinny ledges.) To the left there is a very narrow winding path that you want to follow, once you get up to the platform there is a small pumpkin sized hole at the back you want to enter.
Book 3 - In the beginning area of Rusty Bucket Bay, there are 3 holes in the wall that are to high to reach. Throughout the area are located 3 switches that you need to hit to raise the water level. After hitting the 3rd switch the water will be high enough to reach the top hole, but you also have a fairly strict timer. You have to swim as quick as you can to the now accessible hole, inside is cheato.
